Our Head office is located at Bingley and we have recently opened a Durham office to specifically cover the North East of England area improving our nationwide coverage.

 

The firm was established by Glenn Chivers in October 2001 with the aim of meeting the need of a specialist and high quality crime and road traffic practice in Bingley. Glenn was formerly a founder partner of Chivers Walsh Smith, widely recognised as one of Bradford's flagship quality suppliers of legally aided and privately funded legal services. Also within the practice is Jill Darrington (Consultant) and Jane Nield (Consultant) who practice at the Police Station, Magistrates' Court and Crown Court.

 

In terms of practice and office management Glenn is assisted by Jan Cooper and Michelle Wood in the smooth running of the business.

 

Chivers Solicitors have a dedicated and specialist prison law team. We offer nothing but honest and professional advice. We deal with your case speedily and efficiently. We aim to provide a quick response to all initial contacts. In terms of office management, the prison law team are assisted by Elkie Lister.
