Qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2000. Janet has previously worked in civil litigation defending personal injury claims and has a keen interest in the field of crime and disorder having spent the last three years working within Community Safety. Janet has joined the firm as a fee earner and has worked alongside Marcus Farrar to set up a branch of Chivers operating from Durham City. Working from County Durham Janet will consider all cases of criminal defence and prison law and provide a service in and around the North East of England prisons; namely:

all of which are within easy reach to carry out timely visits.
